We are planning a 7-10 day trip to Japan in later April early May. We have a friend with a good size apartment in Yokohama that we can use as a base.

What is the best way to cover Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto if we want to stay in our friend's flat and take trains from there?

What are the range and cost of hotels and other accommodation?

Any other must see places we should be going to? (no shopping, Hello Kitty land or Disney, just sights).

Japan is the country with full of attractions and landmarks. In Japan, Tokyo is centre of attractions containing famous temples , shrines , galleries, museums, parks etc. Japan is also the best place for tourists. Hope you will enjoy a lot.

Regards!
